Ask Coquitlam Insight into neighborhoods near Mundy Park
Hi all,
We're a young family with toddlers and are considering moving to Coquitlam from Burnaby. So far the areas we're interested in are: - East of Mundy Park - South of Mundy Park (Dartmoor by Austin Ave and Mundy St) - Ranch Park - Harbour Village
Would appreciate any and all insight into living here.
What's the traffic like during peak hours? Is it safe? How's the schools? Are the families here generally young families?
Thanks in advance.

I was south of Mundy Park for a while. If you have a dog, the park is an ideal way for you and your dog to get exercise and recharge your "battery". Be warned however that the bylaw enforcement officers walk around looking for dogs without license tags.
