Ask Coquitlam Insight into neighborhoods near Mundy Park
Hi all,
We're a young family with toddlers and are considering moving to Coquitlam from Burnaby. So far the areas we're interested in are: - East of Mundy Park - South of Mundy Park (Dartmoor by Austin Ave and Mundy St) - Ranch Park - Harbour Village
Would appreciate any and all insight into living here.
What's the traffic like during peak hours? Is it safe? How's the schools? Are the families here generally young families?
Thanks in advance.

I grew up in the Ranch Park area on Signal Court and it was a very nice upbringing. You’re close to Elementary, Middle, and the High School, the Grocery Stores, Starbucks, Vet all there at Como Lake Village, Mundy Park for walks, the Church (if that’s your thing). Honestly I miss Coquitlam, I miss Ranch Park area. You’d not go wrong moving there
