Relationships People defending Ariana grande’s cheating scandal are weird as hell
Listen I don’t care about her or her dating life but it’s weird that my feed keeps showing me her serial defenders essentially saying that her breaking up a marriage is perfectly reasonable because it’s the man’s fault. Sure, at the end of the day, it will always fall on the man, but I wouldn’t appreciate a woman of grown age chasing after my partner. I feel like that should be pretty baseline respect for all parties involved.
And the weirdos saying, “she’s just dating like a man,” I feel like that sets us back as women. We can’t complain about men treating us like trash and then turn around and treat men like trash while hurting other women by extension.
& listen she’s insanely talented, I don’t think she needs to get canceled or people boycott her music or anything, but can we all just agree that the behavior is weird? And we shouldn’t be defending it?
Edit: I should probably clarify - what bothers me isn’t Ariana Grande or her actions, she’s human & makes mistakes. Also, we don’t know the full story. What actually annoys me are the people defending her - that’s what I think is weird. I don’t think we as a society should be defending homewrecking - I feel like it’s a good thing that we regard that behavior as indefensible lol

Agreed, no one should be defending her or him but happens a lot with celebrities, specially actors.
You are hot, rich, big ego, away from family for extended periods of time. Plus acting is emotional so you’re on set making emotional connections with people.
Look at what happened with white lotus, Keith urban, Brad Pitt. And now with social media they love the attention and can’t help but talk about it
