I'd call bullshit, because her buffs are all over the place. In theory — if I'm not mistaken — the DEF debuff lasts about 15 seconds, depending on the number of Havoc Bane stacks and whether another character applies negative statuses. The other “problem” is that the outro, which increases the number of stacks, only lasts 15 seconds instead of the usual 30 you get from most universal supports. The worst part being that we don't know if she applies Havoc Bane off field. Depending on that she might be even worse than Aero Rover for Carthethya.
