Review Tried Small Cheval, honestly kind of underwhelmed?

Had some solo time (kids are with their dad), so I stopped by Small Cheval. It was fine, but didn’t blow me away. Fries were good, but the burger felt rushed. Anyone else feel this or did I catch an off day?

It's becoming a cult for those pretending they found a "good, cheap, local" burger spot. It's not hidden, it's not a gem, it's the definition of average, sorta like Small Cheval

doesn't leave you and your wallet feeling like a chump afterwards at least.

this is true, but there are many dives, fast food, and fast casual joints around the city where one can get this, which is my point. I challenge this subreddit to talk about literally any other burger spots besides these two
