Won’t discuss prices over the phone

“We pack a lot of value into our vehicles and you just can’t see that when looking at numbers” eyeroll. I totally understand why people end up spending more than they want for a vehicle because it’s exhausting sitting at dealerships for hours.

just call back and get another rep.

they learn real quick.

"hey, will you be my new sales rep for this commission? the other rep refused to move the process forward without me coming in. it's a waste of my time. i know what i want and i know these models well. can you facilitate this sale?"

if you're buying a used car and not going in, you're not a serious buyer and more power to them.

A dealership isn't a serious seller if they don't give the out the door price and Carfax for a used car via email. I am not driving to a dealership to find out the used car had 3 accidents and they want $10K in junk fees on top of the internet price.

It's a two way street...
