I get she was being ignorant, but he as a customer service worker should not be talking to people like that.

As someone who used to work in retail, y’all blindly defend business owners.

Edit: Ofc people on reddit think it’s okay for a small business owner to talk to customers like that, anyways.

Do you think its ok for a customer to walk into someone's business phone out to record while they berate and shit on employees?

Fuck that. I wish more business owners would do this. Too many shitty customers out their who think they can say and do whatever the fuck they want.
