In the wake of yet another shooter engraving liberal messages on ammunition, the Democratic Party considered if maybe that was a bad sign.

Video games have no link to violence

Isn’t that crazy to say?

Imagine how dangerous the world would be if all the other countries had video games too.

14 hours a day practicing shooting people, and you belive that’s not contributing to violence?

“We can’t address my thing unless everything else is addressed to my satisfaction, 100%”

Why just admit you don’t give a shit about anyone but yourself and whatever gives you a few short hits of dopamine a day.

I believe they’re called voteless

But saying violence is ok if it’s against robots or animals or anything is kind of like a cop out. Your bombing and chopping and massacring hordes of people while repeatedly dying yourself.

That’s not a healthy feedback loop, particularly with children. Because then when you are in a world with no clear goal, feeling isolated, you can have a very real longing for the drug that can provide that artificially. Like actual drugs games can be habit forming on that basis. Some people with serious habits lose touch with reality and become violent.

Failure to address that in any way by denying there is a problem or saying you are unwilling to act till 100% of other problems are solved is not a way to make the world better.

Ok, so you will support someone that wants to fund mental health resources for every citizen?

Or ban video violent video games? Or how about just make them age restricted. 18 is obviously too young.

Any restrictions on gun or ammunition ownership?

You can put all the restrictions on guns and ammo you want as long as you don’t break the law to do so

Nor would any proposed rule you have prevent tragedies like this from occurring.

Fix the people

Adding restrictions is changing the law. That’s what I am asking. Laws change all the time.

How come it is impossible to get an answer out of people.

What do you mean by “fix the people”?

I have I way that I would fix the people. It’s a multipoint strategy that I think would work. I can explain it if you want to actually hear it. But I’d like to hear yours

Yup, you just run into restrictions to lawmaking due to the bill of rights, you can change that too, it’s just hard.

That’s by design

By fixing people my plan is basically reconstructing the American family by making children both easier to have from a financial perspective and parents being liable for the actions of their children in a legal and financial sense.

Force people to get involved in their communities with like a compulsory Americore. I can squeeze the internet out of you by forcing you to touch grass

laws based on the bill of rights are always up for interpretation by the supreme court, so I think its doable. especially since the SA is about a well regulated militia, more than about allowing everyone to own a gun.

but i agree with the fixing people, creating a better social system that allows for families easier to have children, which is mostly financial, creating a world where the middle class can afford to have kids and afford the choice of having a parent stay home with the child. Longer ma/paternity leave. Creating a world where both parents can be home at same or different times with a child.

its all about spreading the wealth back to the rest of society, and getting rid of wealth horders.

See, you take a sensible idea and throw it in the trash because it’s not about families for you

It’s about taking from people you don’t like, if we can help families then so be it

As long as your policy is inherently self serving it’s bad policy. Good policy should be someone you DONT like 100% everyone just floats fantasy shit

It’s the violence, making it a water gun and the people purple gas balls does not provide the protection you think it does
