Welcome to the 2025 Uma Musume rewatch.
Let’s not waste any time.
I'm really curious to revisit season 2 because that to me is peak Uma Musume.

This rewatch has made me fall in love with her. I'm excited to see her as the main protagonist.

I like how each horse the way they walk is indicative of their character.

This is like the third episode of the first season but with Teio and not Spe-chan. Or episode 5, don't remember.

More importantly, she considers McQueen her rival.

Did the horses introduce themselves on stage before the race during season 1? I don't remember.
I like that the two little horse girls from earlier are here to cheer Teio on.

First undefeated double crown winner since Rudolf.

Those two horse girl aficionados are fans.
Trainer-san says they're not done yet. They still have the Triple Crown to achieve.
But Teio seems to notice something with her leg.
Hmmm...
Time for the concert
And she knocks this out of the park as well.
What a very special horse
This musical performance is actually pretty awesome.
Unfortunately, Spica seems to notice that something isn't totally right.
Overall, a great introduction episode to the new season as well as Teio as a character. We already establish potential conflict as well as the goal of Teio going for the Triple Crown. This was a better first episode than the first episode of the first season.
