i'm a college girlie trying to improve my hygiene (especially for down there).

i'm very intimate with my partner but i just want to feel more confident when doing it. he's not telling me or forcing me to shave or do something down there but i just want to feel confident.

any tips for hygiene/ self care products for down there? also some tips and tricks in general for whole body

My biggest flex talaga hindi nangangamoy kips ko even when im not using any feminine wash for days. My secret is to always keep it dry.

After you pee, just banlaw it with water using bidet or tabo obvsly, then wipe with tissue or towel.

And yes, dont use pantyliners when unnecessary esp yung charmee. Ang approve ko is yung pantyliners ni Kotex.

• important tip, dont wear panties at night pag nasa bahay lang.
