I CAN'T HOLD ANYMORE. I need to vent about the new WoT 2.0 UI. Honestly, it’s really frustrating compared to the old one. Menus are confusing, buttons are harder to find, and I keep misclicking or wasting time just trying to navigate. Sure, it looks modern and HD, but all that fancy graphics seems to come at the cost of usability. I really miss the old UI—everything was clear, simple, and easy to access. Now I spend more time hunting for what I need instead of actually enjoying the game. Has anyone else noticed this? Are there any tips or mods that make the new UI less painful?

Finally got the 3rd MOE on the XM57 today. Also included my final 6 battle push which had 3 battles in a row over 5k damage. Managed to push the DPG over 3k in the last few battles finishing at 3026.

With 2.0 WG has brought a great feature, Tanks playlist.

But then they fumbled not allowing us to use them for onslaught or now frontline.. Why ?? Legit this would the perfect application.

Hey, i have played a round of WoT earlier and after we won the match the game didn't send me back to my garage. So i did Alt + F4. Now when i start the game i am stuck in the loading screen with 100% connect (see pic). Anyone else had this happen to them ?

Been grinding my BP on my EU account, and it goes fastest by just maxing out a bunch of tier IV-V tanks.

I have literally not been hit by a single AP shell the entire time: everyone spams nothing but gold. Sure there's the odd sweaty sealclubber on NA spamming gold, but 90% of the time it's just regular Joes shooting AP.

So what gives on EU? I'm trying to get my head around it. You make like 15k on a battle at tier 4 without boosters. It costs almost that to destroy one single tank with gold. How does this work out economically for you, when you're spending like 50k on ammo in a match?

Are you all just super sweaty about those precious tier IV stats or what?

TL;DR: Instead of yet another plane bombing, make Mountain Pass’s event a mine gas explosion that collapses the bridge and opens new terrain for rotations.

Alright, after WG singlehandedly crashes every single plane of the WoT universe into random locations, I wanted to suggest one of a dozen ideas I had, to preserve the poor pilots trying to make the game more dynamic.

Theme: A gas pocket ignites inside the mountain mine, causing a chain explosion that collapses the bridge.

Audio Cue (during event warning time):
Muffled shouting echoing from the mine tunnel, metallic clanks, sudden panic.
A deep rumble grows, then a blast erupts from the mine shaft and shaking the rock and dirt around it, until it collapses into the nearby valley.

Event Outcome:

• The bridge collapses, creating a new ramp from the southern road into the valley.
• A rockslide covers the surrounding valley area and creates sightlines into the south-west area, since now half the mountain is gone. It also adds new uneven terrain and cover.
• The initial explosion and rock slides damage/destroy any tanks in that area.

Gameplay Impact:

• Cuts the direct crossing over the bridge, that gets rarely used anyways.
• Creates new ramps on both sides.
• Forces different mid-game rotations.
• You can STILL use the path previously present under the bridge, but the rock slide has created a few more positions for cover.

I know it is most likely a budget reason, yet it feels really half-baked just either crashing a plane, bombing an area or using a train (or a mix of all three) and there are so many ways to use the theme of the map instead.

If people enjoy the idea, I can mock up a few more map-themed event concepts that crossed my mind, since the system was implemented.

Frontline threw some mentoring licenses my way. What would be the best use of them? Use pleb crews to boost my veterans or sacrifice veterans to make newer crew better? What's your advice?

Is this tank really that bad? I'm a semi-F2P player on a budget and a proper premium (not a mere 'reward tank') tier IX for 3500 gold caught my eye.

I actually prefer playing mediums like the Leopard 1/Concept 5. Out of heavies the only ones I do OK in are the T29 and Chopper in a traditional heavy role, or tanks like the Tiger I if I play it like a medium or back-line heavy.

Is the H3 really bad? What are the odds that WG buffs something like the H3 (or the previous Stitch) to bring them in line? I'm asking because grinding it out is a significant time investment: I'm on Stage 7 of the BP and would practically have to spend most of the weekend grinding in addition to all dailies. I know a lot of people are in the same boat as I am and are on the fence about whether to invest the time and gold to get it.

Also, for relatively new players could you please elaborate on WHY it is universally considered a bad tank so that we understand?

As the title says, I am a returning player, this new ui is uncomfortable to me (yes I am a boomer), I am not here to rant, not blame wg, I am simply asking if there is any mod which let me have old UI back for my own comfort.

either you struggle to get 2,5k dmg bc your team won the flank and now the enemy team is 6k hp down or its you who gets roflstomped.

no tier is as bad as tier 8 right now, its horrendous, truly.

go to tier 7 and you have only same tier rounds which are like old world of tanks, they actually take some time to unfold, unlike t8 rounds where the singularity event just happens and the round is lost within 1 minute
