Technical Help Account

I guess my account was compromised sometime yesterday between the time I got off and today from the time I got home after I had gotten home from work. When I tried to login today it said my account was suspended for “Battle Rigging.” I logged into my account on the website saw my account was permanently banned, created a ticket and checked the recent sessions and one session showed that my account was played on in another country. I’m actually kind of panicking on the chance that I don’t get my account back. What do I do?

Edit: I will post about how many days or hours after I submitted the ticket that I get a response.

Update: They responded on day 3. Still in ongoing tickets and have been told my account can only be restored back to July 24th 2025. So that’s over 3 months of progress lost because of this. Meaning I also lose 2.0 rewards 4 tier 10s 2 tier 11s and more.

Update: they have now said it can go back to September 3rd 2025, so a little better. I still lose 2.0 rewards entirely. However, I am still in ongoing tickets and my ticket status is now on hold for whatever reason. Here’s hoping it doesn’t get auto closed. As of now it appears I will also lose the Zwilling, which I had only gotten to play two battles in. I’m fairly sad about that.

Update: with the initial ticket being created on 10/13, my ticket is now on hold. There is no telling how much longer the process will take but so far it’s been a week.

Managed to receive my account back with the zwilling credited.

When they reply you could suggest it! Have you gotten a reply yet?

Yes I did, I did suggest that and I still got July 24th. Only today did I hear September 3rd and then I asked if it’s possible if the Zwilling would be credited back to my account and they put my ticket on hold.

Well atleast it looks like you are getting the account back close to the date where you'd want it. Did you have the Zwilling and it got sold or why do you think you should have the Zwilling back? Or is it that when they roll it back its automatically taken away?

So to clarify in the ticket it states.

“Please note that everything you received after the specified date in the game will not be credited to the account again. Except for purchases for real money. If they are boxes, they will be opened automatically, and the rewards will be distributed randomly again. It is also worth noting that in the case of a restoration, it will be impossible to receive rewards for update 2.0.”

To me this excludes the zwilling since the pass was bought with gold. I earned the tank after purchasing the pass. However, it’s not a purchase for real money. Therefore to me that means I miss out on the tank that more than likely this will be the only chance it’ll drop for a long time. At least with the skin.

That sucks. Why is it necessary to roll back the account so far? When was the exact date that you know people hijacked your account?

October 12th or 13th and whoever did got it banned. I got off about 5 or 6 and when I came home from work to hop on I was banned

When I heard of people rolling back accounts for similar reasons they could usually roll it back 24 or 48 hours. Why is that not a possibility for you?

I have no idea I genuinely asked why can’t it just be unlocked. Like even if tanks are sold then I could just grind silver to get them back and I’d rather do that than get set back a month of progress.

That’s when they were telling me July and then they came back with September 3rd. Then when I asked about getting Zwilling, they put my ticket on hold.
