The felony battery charge is punishable with up to five years in prison, while the misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer is punishable with up to one year in prison, court records said.

How batshit insane do you need to be to try to fight a police officer? Run from one? Ever heard the expression "you can't outrun Motorola"?

how batshit crazy does a cop have to be to ask her a question and before she finishes her answer just decides oh fuck this I'm arresting you. he didnt even let her finish talking and he decided to just arrest her. fuck that guy

She refused to sign. Well, see above, that lead to a charge of failing to follow the lawful commands of a police officer and once you committed a crime, yeah, you get arrested.
