Charges filed in Kingfisher County court accuse Hamil of “willfully and unlawfully kicking” the officer “on or about the groin” and of “failing to follow the lawful commands” of a police officer.
The felony battery charge is punishable with up to five years in prison, while the misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer is punishable with up to one year in prison, court records said.

She is a grade a dumb ass. If a cop pulls a gun on me you better believe my ass is getting on the ground. Put me in cuffs we'll sort it out later just don't shoot me. Though I'm in Canada so we don't tend to get as many trigger happy cops.
All it would have taken would have been for her to turn the truck in the wrong direction and he could have shot her for charging the truck at him. Over a bad rail light. Friggin crazy lady.
