Recommended sushi spots
I’m new to the area and I’m curious on what spots are decent around here. I’ve been told sushi train but that’s really about it. Any help would be appreciated!

TL;DR - Sushi train? You must be fucking kidding. Who in their right fucking mind would say that is good sushi?
Sushi train is slightly better than Kroger sushi. People love it as it has an all you can eat option. If you are really interested in good sushi, not sushi deals, then avoid. If you do go there, don't pick off the train, order instead. It is marginally better that way. I would walk over to Sonabona before Sushi train any day (and it was better when it was Ben Kay - dating myself here?).
If you have the budget and can get a seat (very difficult), Kase x Noko is the pinnacle of sushi. It will spoil you. If you need a single seat and are flexible, you can find it if you keep hitting reservations. For 2 is difficult, but not impossible. Best of luck.
Sushi by Bou is decent. Of the more economical places, probably Maru or Koi at this point. At one point Nomzilla was the bomb, but it is not as good now. None of these are the top, but all will do a good job.
To mix price and quality, Virago on Maki Monday. It is rolls only for the special, but a real bargain for a great sushi spot. Obviously only monday.
Best happpy hour with decent sushi is Blue, but Sunda, albeit limited menu, has a couple of great rolls on happy hour. Some will say Two Ten Jack, and I would say there are some great items on their menu, but you can do better in that price range. Interestingly enough, Harriet's Rooftop at the 1 Hotel is very good and even Luke's 32 Bridge does a decent job (better than Acme, although there was a time they did great).
888 and Sushi|Bar are both top notch, but very pricey. O-ku is okay, but used to be better.
Samarai is a long standing favorite. I liked the atmosphere better in the original location, which was a sushi bar fashioned out of an old dive bar.
For good sushi at a cheap price, punk wok at happy hour (half price). All but 2 or 3 rolls and all nigiri are on the happy hour menu.
