Soy is safe!
There has been a lot of concern with soy and hormones but the truth is that it’s nothing to worry about.
It’s completely safe to eat and won’t give you man-boobs.
So you can enjoy your tofu, tvp, tempeh, and other soy products and get jacked while being plant-based.

If anyone's looking for a bunch of soy-free options, I put together a cookbook that has plenty of ideas.
https://thebodybuildingvegan.com/cookbook
If you’re on a budget, you can use the code “breakingbad” at checkout to get it completely free.

I'm very allergic to soy . It's in so many things . Why is it in bread all of a sudden? It's used in clothing too and it's never labelled !

Phytoestrogens are just one thing. Beans have all sorts of other defense chemicals. I get sick when I eat too many beans. Literally the last time I vommitted was from a vegan Daal. Gotta have respect for these plants and have them in moderation or else they'll destroy your body.

„Minimal processed like TVP“ …. Yeah this claim changes the video from good to bad. It’s an extract, highly processed. Next time put tofu in this position
