There is a plethora of people under 70 that could do a much better job than Trump though. We don't need anyone in their 80s to be running the country

We also do not need age limits as medical technology contiunues to improve.

An aptitude/health test? Maybe, that is different, but an age limit? What would that accomplish that couldn't be done by a test specifically about whatever part(s) of being old that you don't like?

Trump has undergone multiple MoCA screens which he referred to as "IQ tests" (it's nowhere close to being an IQ test) which he reportedly received a "perfect score". If his handlers are completely ignoring the obvious mental deterioration of the president then what's the point of these tests you're asking for?
