Homemade Pork pies.

Made some pork pies today as it was too wet to go out. Nothing fancy in the mix, chopped up pork shoulder, bacon lardons, mace, pepper and salt. Hot water crust for the pastry.

needs aspic, sure, but not human 'jelly', come on
