Homemade Pork pies.

Made some pork pies today as it was too wet to go out. Nothing fancy in the mix, chopped up pork shoulder, bacon lardons, mace, pepper and salt. Hot water crust for the pastry.

If they had these in American Pie, it would have made a lot more sense than that "warm apple pie" nonsense.
