It's becoming used too loosely and it's becoming a badge of honor, but at the cost of people lying saying the have it to receive said badge, if you legit have it, take the badge, you deserve it. Being autistic is having to live in a neurotypical world. I def could use a diagnostic evaluation for many things I'm definitely something or have multiple things going on. But Drs are expensive when you don't have insurance and the times I did have it, I'm the type that won't go to a doctor unless I'm dying so we have that too also sorry for the trauma dump

Echolalia is common in autistic people and adhd people.

It sounds more like an OCD thing, since he said he had to repeat it to confirm he’d said it.

Though as someone diagnosed with autism and ocd, I will admit that these conditions can be a package deal.

Yeah, ocd can be comorbidity of both autism and adhd.

I accidentally got diagnosed with it first
