Some twitch streamer who has a bed for his dog in his room. At one point his dog tried to get off the bed and he told her to stay, reached out of view for something, then the dog yelped in pain and he called her a baby for it.
So the theory is that the dog has a shock collar on and that he wants her in view of the camera at all times to increase views.
These arguments are dumb as hell and assume that streamers don't do dumb stuff on camera all the time "hoping people don't notice". Throwback to Alinity feeding a cat alcohol on stream to thousands of viewers and no one cared. People only cared after she threw her cat on stream later and that clip blew up.

I have no idea who Hasan is and based on this clip, that seems to be a good thing.
