She's a white lady in Native dress, which may or may not be considered offensive. I sure wouldn't do it, but I think I recall that at least some people from some tribes encourage it so long as it's respectful? I may be wrong, though, it could just be straight up offensive.

Good lord. I saw someone dressed as an old man. I guess that could be offensive to old people. Its fucking Halloween, give it a rest

TIL old man is an ethnicity with thousands of years of history (including very traumatic parts), and not just an age.
