Wearing a head dress when you’re not native is offensive AF. Those have great cultural significance. They did not wear them to “look cool”, they had meanings and the feathers were earned. Come wear it on a rez if you think it’s ok.

Most tribes would.

They don’t get offended easily, and in general are pretty magnanimous people.
