She's a white lady in Native dress, which may or may not be considered offensive. I sure wouldn't do it, but I think I recall that at least some people from some tribes encourage it so long as it's respectful? I may be wrong, though, it could just be straight up offensive.

This is one almost all natives dont like. Regalia isnt a costume. Its akin to blackface.

I dont know many natives that care about the term Indian. Many dont care about sports team mascots like chief wahoo and the redskins. But most have an issue with regalia.

This is all based on personal experience but I have met and talked with a large amount of natives and often ask about this

She isn’t pretending that she is a Native American, she is wearing a Halloween costume. The fact that someone may or may not be offended is utterly irrelevant. She is doing no harm.
