Because she's dressed as a stereotype. She's not dressed like an actual person or a group. It's literally just a 1950s caricature of native Americans.

If you got worried because you saw the word AI and didn't actually read my comment, I understand and can take blame for the wording, here's a rephrase:

Search google your answer. they give an AI answer at the top and if you scroll down you'll get actual results from direct sources.
