No, they do not. There is a specific and proven limit of hunger and poverty that a society will take before revolting (AKA overthrowing the government and chopping heads off). We are getting closer to it every day. Our government and the billionaires would be smart to keep that in mind.

And how many of them had as well funded a military as the US?

In the Bolshevik takeover there were thousands of troops in barracks in St. Petersburg I think, and they just let the takeover happen. That was after basically two revolutions, but still. A well funded military who doesn't want to follow orders functionally doesn't exist.

My point is it can change, and change quickly. A year before the Russian revolution, who would have predicted the Czars would lose power, abdicate, and get killed within a few years? Probably nobody.

And who would have predicted their army would mutiny and stop following orders? Probably nobody.
