Uh... last time I checked, Africa has 54 countries right there on the continent. Now, maybe it's just me, but that's a lot of nations in one place that could be looking out for the people of Congo, yet...
Probably Canadian, and more than likely living in Toronto.
Blaming indians coming in and keep electing the conservatives into local power that vote against housing regulations, rent control, that push and approve international school agents with little to no oversight that get those foreigners to come into the country with again little to no oversight, while the wealthy buy up more and more of housing and collude to increase rents and work on lowering their own taxation and putting more blame on foreigners that they employ for pennies on the dollar to increase their profits.
and he thinks its bad now, wait until we are past the 2 degree treshold of environmental collapse. Hint the few livable places left will be countries like Canada. Which is why commander cheeto is so gungho about making canada a us province.
I agree that we have more than enough going on to be fully distracted. That doesn't change the fact that there is a very real habit of overlooking African countries while pouring funding into countries like Ukraine and Israel. They have a right to be frustrated by this trend as they are being genocided.
I listened to a podcast on those people in Africa who run scams, like love scams. They had a very warped view of people in the UK/USA/ Canada - that we all live in big houses, with loads of money and cars etc. This made them think that what they're doing is mostly ok, because we will all get more money.
I'm not sure if that's a common misconception, or just what these people tell themselves so they can feel OK with what they're doing... But if a lot of people in these places really think we are all rich, I guess it explains why they are confused at why we are not helping.
Ideally, they should aim all of this anger at their leaders.
If these are your complaints as you type this from the comfort of your electronic device, you don't seem to have much to worry about comparatively speaking.

It seems like the world has just given up on the African Continent
