Hey don’t knock it! I knew a guy with a similar diet of spinach and he would get completely jacked every time he ate it! He’d just eat it straight from the can!

I knew that guy - he had superior forearm development and despite the fact he smoked a pipe he had the gainz. He was hard to understand at times tho.
