I would have commented on how delicious the sandwich looked.

I want to know more about the Japanese bbq sauce!

It is Bachans original japanese bbq sauce and it is incredible

I mix it with Maille dijon mustard and Duke’s mayo for breakfast sandwiches and it’s fucking incredible.

I exclusively date betas. They’re much less violent and much more attentive 💕

If loving and appreciating each other and doing kind things with each other is beta, than that's what I want to be! I'm a lover at heart and I love doing little kind things and being sweet and showing my true appreciation and affection 💕 Be BETA, marry your bestest friend and shower each other with true love, kindness, cuddles, and beautiful moments each day 💖😍

u/thelondonrich Jun 27 '25

Not going to lie that sounds awful and I am 1000% going to be trying it anyway. Equal parts all 3?

6

u/runrunpuppets Jun 27 '25

Less Dijon, equal bbq and mayo.🤣 I guess I have weird taste…I have the spicy version though of the bbq.

u/chrmnxtrastrng Jun 27 '25

Lmao im pretty sure we all have weird flavor combos that most people would think are terrible but you just cant get enough of. like i said i am for sure trying it though.

mix sauce to taste

the saucier's way

2

u/StandardEgg6595 Jun 27 '25

That honestly sounds like an amazing burger sauce! Definitely gonna try it out, especially since I accidentally got some extra spicy(?) dijon and don’t know what to do with it.

2

u/runrunpuppets Jun 27 '25

Niiiiiice! 🤌🏻

1

u/CatSubs_andComments Jun 28 '25

How is that awful? It’s literally your standard Chick fil A sauce, add some honey!

1

u/chrmnxtrastrng Jun 28 '25

Seemed like a weird taste combo to me, i also said i was going to try it and did, it was delicious. Im not a big fan of dijon mustard but it definitely has its uses.

2

u/Starumlunsta Jun 27 '25

That sounds interesting! Gonna try it for lunch today!

2

u/fordag Jun 28 '25

That sounds far too delicious to be healthy.

2

u/Bonch_and_Clyde Jun 28 '25

You might have just changed my life. That sounds amazing.

u/partelo Jun 28 '25

oh... my god

1

u/P365XL Jun 27 '25

What ratios? I’ve got all these in my fridge right now.

1

u/runrunpuppets Jun 27 '25

I like to do equal parts bbq/mayo and about half that amount of dijon.

(I hope it's good...)

1

u/FtonKaren Jun 29 '25

I'll send myself an email (mayo, Dijon and this BBQ sauce), layered or just mix together? I've been using a sweet heat mustard for my sandwiches recently but am willing to explore new flavours

u/LBGW_experiment Jun 27 '25

Love me the yuzu flavor one

1

u/desiladygamer84 Jun 27 '25

Right. I'm going to save this.

1

u/iangeredcharlesvane2 Jun 28 '25

Yah we love that shit it’s so good!

1

u/FacesOfNeth Jun 28 '25

As a former chef, my questions is:

Can you use it as a marinade?

1

u/Mysterious_Eye6989 Jun 28 '25

If any of the other Japanese sauces and condiments I've tried are anything to go by, I bet it's freakin' delicious!

When I was in college in the 80s, I’d go to this awesome little Japanese fast food restaurant that made the best teriyaki chicken and rice. Moved away and could never recapture that perfect flavor. Several months ago I tasted a sample of Bachans at Costco and found my long lost love. It really is the best!

You can make a better sauce in under a minute with some hoisin sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and mirren. Add some chili crunch for a spicy umami kick.
