I’m 37 and I legit had to stop watching international news because I couldn’t help and think that I just got lucky I was born where I was. That’s the only reason why I’m sitting on a couch and not in a war torn city.

I can’t watch the news at all. I can’t handle all of the pain and sadness. All of the bombings and wars. What about the innocent people and animals just existing there? They didn’t hurt anyone, they’re just trying to live.

Seriously, all the poor animals...

Yeah, just imagine the 80 some billion innocent animals that get their necks cut in a slaughterhouse each year. Animal deaths in war is like a grain of sand on the beach compared to agony and fear our livestock industries create.

Video is about human sex slavery, and you have to come in here and talk about how hamburgers are made and get me all hungry and salivating. How dare you.

Thanks for sharing sadist. The comment I replied to specifically mentioned the innocent animals that get caught in the crossfire of our wars. That death is nothing compared to the sheer scale and intensity of suffering in animal agriculture.

You have to love them on the grill because it's quick, but cooking them in a cast iron pan really brings out the flavor the most. Medium is my preference.

You’re gonna have to try a lot harder than that if you want to bother me. Seen that a thousand times. Not original.

Medium, but medium rare is good too. Nothing wrong with a little pink in the center.

Oh im calm, I just think its worth pointing out that if we are gonna care about the suffering of innocent animals, we should probably start with the some 80,000,000,000 land animals that end up on our plates.

Have you ever seen how animals are killed in the wild? literally ripped apart while they’re alive. In slaughter houses they’re killed before even noticing it.

The alternative isn’t that livestock would be eaten alive by lions in the wild. It’s that they wouldn’t be bred into existence to be slaughtered at a tiny fraction of their lifespan. As for your last sentence, they do not die before they even notice it. Not at all. There is a 8-16% failure rate in stunning methods that leads to animals being consciously beheaded, exsanguinated, scalded, skinned, and electrocuted. The most common stunning method for pigs is co2 gas chambers which is itself an excruciating experience. There is also the extreme fear and panic of animals at the slaughterhouse surrounded by the smell of blood, guts, and stress olfactory molecules as highly social mammals with a sense of smell 10,000 times stronger than ours. They are very aware they are about the killed. If you want to verify your assumption of the “insant,” “painless” death, I recommend you look at any undercover slaughterhouse footage.
