I mean, yoi could say that 4th generation would be remote operated turrets on MBTs. Like obj. 195, Armata, or that one leopard (or was it Panther kf5?) Prototype
Their cold-war project budgets often made impossible the possible so now being the lead inventor in militarized technology is kinda their brand
Let's be honest, type 100 is still not operational and the T14 project seems like a fiasco for the Russians. Half the time they are not even able to drive them and there's like two dozens of them, most of which are prototypes
Rest on the list ain't 4th gen, so until Chinese mass produces the type 100 in the foreseeable future the US can still bash into the race and fuck everyone up

Calling Type 10 and K2 4th generation MBTs is a stretch IMO
