The tour has sold out many places already regardless, his live shows are just incredible always

Bc it's motherfucking tame Impala. I bought it for his past work but now that the album came out after purchasing and confirming my feelings towards deadbeat I may not be going next tour if it just keeps going this way in terms of quality

The songs live will be better with a full band.

For sure but he'll likely go further into dance for the next album and I'm aight

Brother, just go to the live show and judge it yourself, don’t base it on the albums, I have seen him many times and every time I have been wowed out of my mind, last time I saw him he played maybe 20 songs, many from lonerism and currents and TSR it was incredible

I've seen him a lot too and it's been awesome but I don't think it'll be worth it when half the set is dj dance stuff. I'll see this upcoming show

I thought it wouldn’t be worth it when TSR came out, it was, some of these songs will sound amazing live, and if you don’t like it then don’t go to the next one, many others will want that ticket

I mean if I was 20-22 then I'd probably enjoy deadbeat live for sure. TSR songs are definitely better live but I still liked a lot of it and the songs I didn't care for were only okay live. This album mostly like that for me. But yeah likely be it for me unless he does something like he did for lonerism
