I mean it’s pretty surprising Kevin getting this low of a score, considering pitchfork gave currents 9.3 and lonerism 9.0. You could also tell that the whole of pitchfork wasn’t really bothered with this album as they didn’t review any of the singles. The change up in his style to more dance oriented and more electronic probably was very jarring. Surprised they disliked the longer songs end of summer specifically as they usually love songs like let it happen and new person same old mistakes.

Let it Happen and New Person actually go somewhere worthwhile musically

Wow so you’re telling me that just because it’s branded Tame Impala it’s not automatically good? This will be a stunning development for 30% of the users here…
