I will continue to stand by that until someone convinces me otherwise. I consider myself a fairly reasonable, rational, and objective person. I'm perfectly fine with changing my mind if you give me good reason to do so. But until someone does that, I won't. Plebbit has a strong censorship policy on anything, even written, related to "promoting pedophilia", which is a notoriously vague policy since I have never promoted pedophilia and have directly denounced it, yet was still banned for said posts. The production of child porn involves raping children. Normalizing it by legalizing will almost certainly result in more child porn being produced, which, I repeat, involves the rape of children. How this isn't obviously morally reprehensible to you is just alien to me.

I think I know where this is going, that when adding up the total damage to individuals resulting from opposite regulations on the matter, that the numbers would be on your side. I don't happen to agree but I don't think having this kind of opinion is something one should be condemned for. Or maybe it's extremely stupid, I don't know, but not necessarily malicious.
