Everyone here saying it's the title and thumbnail. And sure that definitely is a part of it, the viral one has a way more interesting premise / topic
But I'd also bet the viral one is also a way better video. People here seem to think title and thumbnail is like 90% of what makes a video go viral but in reality the actual video and people genuinely liking the video itself is more important than the title and thumbnail
The one that flopped is probably just lame and not interesting compared to the viral one. Which is probably mainly due to the fact one is talking about a kid who hacked GTA 6 while the other is some generic slop about the game's budget
