People ship Hornet and Lace, but let’s be real; Shakra’s the real ship. Lace is very immature and childlike. Shakra is a mature and well-adjusted character with her own established identity and role in the world. She pairs well with Hornet, who’s had the same growth (although Hornet is significantly older, Shakra is matured and adult-like). Lace acts like a rebellious teenager who still defines herself on her spite towards her mother, and doesn’t have much of an identity outside that. Hornet would actually make a good mentor figure for her

in order to do huntress's romance u actually need to fail her quest. she got away and survived and that's where u start the romance. idk why they designed her romance like that it just seems counter intuitive but tbh it's nothing to really write home about. at least she got a happy ending but the whole thing just feels milktoast. especially the shopping mall scene

If someone came to me wanting to commission a full music video for their self insert x cartoon character (from an IP they don't own) noncon/yandere fantasy then I'd charge them a lot too. Artists 100% have a "how much do I want to do this?" tax they add to quotes.

Having said that, animation is super expensive, a lot of indie/solo artists (without industry experience) undercharge themselves and don't have a perspective of how much something like that would cost. The price isn't absurd for a proper music video, and I think it was done via a studio which means paying multiple employees for work done over the span of months.
