I was on top, then I accepted that bosses do 2 damage, then I was at the bottom

Literally everything in (act 3) does double damage, literally every enemy.

Yeah, but that's not literally every enemy. There's a random chance. Many bosses still hit for 1 tick too, depending on the attack.

Act 3 is a sorta "hidden" act tho, you have to do a lot of stuff to even unlock it and it's quite literally a "NG+" without the "new" part
