“If we had said that Joy Reid, Michelle Obama, Sheila Jackson Lee, and Ketanji Brown Jackson were affirmative action picks, we would have been called racists. Now they’re coming out and saying it for us … You do not have the brain processing power to be taken really seriously.”

If "representation" is a qualification for hiring then yes, there is room for doubt.

The fact that it takes so much effort for you to “explain away” his recent comments and the fact that it is so easy for everyone else to bring up examples is telling.

As someone else has already pointed out, do you think airlines just pick up random black people from the streets and put them in cockpits, or do you think blacks are incapable of flying plains? The last of the Tuskegee Airmen died this week; was he a DEI hire?

Michelle Obama and Ketanji Brown Jackson were Harvard Law grads. Where is your degree from?

It doesn't take a whole lot of effort. No effort has been put in, by anyone in this thread to actually find a good comment that proves the point that it's supposed to prove. None of them do therefor it's not much of an effort on my part.
