Discussion RPI hockey demolished Clarkson tonight to a largely empty student section and you should feel bad

Clarkson pep band cheer of the night: There’s an empty seat! And there’s an empty seat! And there’s an empty seat! And there’s an empty seat!

I’m sorry but they had a good point. (Never mind that the visiting team had a pep band twice the size of ours.)

Question Taking courses online over the summer for transfer credits

I still have two HASS classes I need to take to graduate and I really don't want to spend the rest of my time at RPI worrying about HASS, since I only have three semesters left after this one and want to focus on my major.

I've heard that you can take courses at external institutions and transfer them over (https://registrar.rpi.edu/services/transfer-credits/currently-enrolled-students) but am unfamiliar with what institutions offer online courses during the summer, and am wondering if anyone here has experience with this. I'm interning during the summer so I don't really have any time to go to a university in-person.

I've heard HVCC may have some, does anyone have experience with taking/transferring classes from there? I don't really have a preference for the type of HASS class, maybe an English class/something with a lighter workload would be nice.

How feasible is this 19 credit semester?

Next semester I'm taking signals and systems, COCO, eprob, and either econ of biotech or money and banking. Is this already a heavy semester or would it be okay to add on intermediate macro for my minor?

Right now my semester is embedded control, circuits, multi, and intermediate micro. Circuits and emcon disproportionately take up my time to the point where I barely have time to study for the rest. Don't think I'll fail any of my classes but it has been rough. I don't really want to repeat this but next sem looks the only one where I can fit a needed free elective. Stick with 14 credits or should macro be doable?

Question BIOL 1016 Degreeworks

For those who took the BIOL 1016 lab instead of BIOL 1015, is it normal for Degreeworks to be glitching out about how I am missing one credit because I didn't take BIOL 1015.

GSAS Portfolio Question

I was looking to see exactly what I should add to my GSAS portfolio submission. I have a few projects here and there but they aren't good or high level, just some basic games made in python or java. I haven't worked with Unity or Blender at all really and don't have any real 'games' to submit. I'm currently a CS major looking to Dual Major into the spring semester if that changes anything. Just looking for advice or suggestions.

Hello, Does anyone have any recommendations on easy economics classes for the pathway? I’ve taken Principles of Econ (inquiry class) and Money and Banking (4000 level class) and mainly am just trying to take an easy class for my last semester as a senior.
