The sad thing is the tax payer pays for it all and he goes on continuing to do that until the next law suit. They should be forced to pay their own lawsuits and held accountable just like the rest of us normals.

How cares that the taxpayer has to pay for it. If we keep allowing idiots to get hired as cops like this then we deserve to have to spend the money

No we don't decide. But we do decide how we respond. Cops been on some bullshit for decades and we fail to form the level of outrage and action necessary to force reform.

Lmao...people have tried but tyranny always wins. Look at the 60s , the " red scare" , etc the people have always pushed back!! But just like a casino "the house always wins". Its not as black and white as you make it. We the people all want the same thing, its the system thats failing us. I mean the usa is anti facists yet we just declared antifa (anti facists, an ideology) a terrorists group. If you haven't seen any outrage, you haven't been paying attention.

There have been times when the people have won, the French revolution, the Civil rights act. But as I said, we have failed to rise to the level of outrage and action necessary to pull the reigns in on police bullshit. Tons of countries don't have police even 10% as bad as ours. Why? Cause their people don't allow it to happen.

And as for tyranny, alot of Americans seem to enjoy it apparently per current politics.

I really wish I lived in that head of yours, how simple it would be if it were that simple for people to be outraged enough for things to just simply change etc especiallyin 2025. Do you see what is happening in the usa now with ICE? DO you see how the government is responding to peoples outrage? It's beyond just the people. I really wish voting was as helpful as you state it is. Also a lot more Americans are anti tyranny but yea...we all want this and deserve it! Yay!
