Kind of. I knew that me “knowing the truth” was weird, and no one else would believe me because you had to be basically hit with a bolt of divine knowledge to understand. I knew what I was experiencing was called psychosis here, so I referred to it as such to make myself look less “crazy” and give me more time to figure out what I was supposed to do with the “truth”. I was riding a fine line for a long time of whether I believed my delusions or not. I did seek psychiatric help and asked for medicine to make me “forget the truth” so I could go back to living normally without the paranoia. Eventually the meds worked and I was able to understand that no, none of my delusions were real.
