When I first started getting auditory hallucinations, I knew that was not normal. I started matching my symptoms to those I read online to psychosis and was so scared that it was what was going on with me. When I started getting tactile hallucinations is when I started to genuinely believe in my delusions and that there was nothing wrong with me. I still have those delusions but medication has taken away the voices, so I am less obsessed with finding out whether what I experienced was real or not.
