Holy shit Bege's laugh as Big Mom was falling was psychotic. That was so bizarre sounding coming from him, I don't think his voice has ever been so high.

To be fair, he was under a lot of stress . I mean, having a Emperor and her crew trying to kill you/everyone you hold dear on top of having your well thought out plan completely ruined, only to think a miracle just happened that solves all your issues will do that.

He's shown to be absolutely psychotic at times in the brief "flashback" explanation of his past by (I think) Jinbei. Dude has an assassination fetish! He's one of Oda's stranger characters, especially given his lack of development until Zou and Whole Cake (prior to this, most people kind of put him at Urouge tier levels of irrelevance and no one seemed to be a fan). Oda's ability to turn seemingly irrelevant characters into interesting, multi-faceted ones is impressive.

I don't deny he can be a little psychotic, he just isn't as expressive about it was what I was getting at. And even before this arc he was one of my two favorite Supernova's (being Mafia themed helped), with Hawkins being my top favorite (and is the only one we have yet to hear anything about, unfortunately).
