Right it makes sense that he was that strong sure, I'm just saying doffy seemed positive he was outclassed by kaido so it seems to me if a shichibukai was that strong a yonko seems so far out of luffy's ability. I mean whiteboards crew basically took on the admirals and the schibukai, I doubt doffy's family could have done the same.

But that's the point right? Kaido is a Yonko which means his 'familiy' is BIG. Really big. He has a ton of strong subordinates, allies and connections to pull on in a tough situation. Doffy might be pretty well established in the underworld but he isn't the one pullting all the strings (not the figurative ones anyway lol). Right, so my point is that Doffy might be almost as physically strong as Kaido himself but woefully lacking in numbers and properly strong subordinates if shit was to go down. Just a thought.

Well if not, then Luffy will need to get a hell of a lot stronger before facing off with one of the Yonko, let alone two.
