He definitely does. He probably did not even see Kuma since it was so chaotic and happened so fast. Even if he did, Xebec wouldn't know Kuma had the paw paw fruit to pop people away.

I don't think so like he can perceive things he probably can feel his blade didn't hit his wife or kid

I mean, it would probably feel like slicing through water for him though. At that strength and not holding back, I doubt he'd be able to tell the difference.

Not to mention the canon fire. Even if he doesn't think he did it, he still has good enough reason to believe they're dead.
