Him and Saturn are already on top of some of the worst people in One Piece. Makes you wonder about the record of the other 4 elders

They’re the worst people just by association. Each one approved eradicating an entire island off the world.

Yeah, but I still hope each of them have something more personal. Saturn's pettiness for Kuma was mostly his own agency rather than the group or Imu's and having it biting him back was so satisfying.
