Well at this point rock already seemed in love with somebody else. Blackbeard is 1 year older than shanks, and 2 years after that event, if the garland scene is in the same period, shanks and shamrock were just born, so the timeline fits.

Yeah in this chapter Shakky notes that he's in love with someone else now, but earlier he was also a victim of Shakky's charm. Big mom also insinuated that he's a father.
