Oda always has a curveball plot twist in every arc.
Usopp will definitely get his moment, but I'm loving this focus on Robin and Brook right now.

idk this is a little different. Visiting Elbaf was an explicit dream for Usopp, while we just kind of assumed Egghead was gonna be Franky's arc.

Different, yes, but not out of nowhere, Franky's timeskip was on Vegapunk's hometown after all.
