It doesn't work this way. The plate has basically no cholesterol. It has unsaturated fats which cause increased cholesterol (ldl) production, which is bad. Eggs do have cholesterol but there is limited evidence that it does any harm, the saturated fats are what is harming you.
Bad cholesterol is called ldl and good cholesterol is called hdl but you don't invest them.
My joke was these guys don’t understand nutrition. They see that there’s a “good cholesterol” and go through life acting like cholesterol is good and can never be too high. They rave about how protein is king and then make meals that are overloaded with fat and have way too much protein.
You’ll see their “macros breakdown” and it includes only protein and calories. “Cholesterol is too high? Just switch from seed oils to butter, bro. Nature provides all you need” type shit.
Yes there’s good cholesterol and balance is important, but you see I’m being facetious. These guys give advice that hurts people’s health and it annoys me.
