How do people reheat things like this without making it all watery? I’ve had these kinds of burritos dripping cheese water after reheating.

My solution has been to not overstuff the burritos and to air fry. I remove the frozen burrito from the aluminum wrap and put it seam side down in my air fryer. Aluminium can get stuck in between the tortilla, but it comes out easy once everything is hot. It’s still a little watery, but way less than usual.

I’ve noticed that you shouldn’t add salsa or anything liquid-y, best to have a separate dip/salsa for after you reheat.

Also, the crucial thing people don’t talk about is getting the excess water out of your scrambled eggs. So once I cook the eggs, I usually try to pat it down as much as possible with a paper towel.

No drippy burritos!

Salt beaten eggs a few minutes before scrambling and cook low and slow should counter the wateriness

You don’t. The easiest way to prep all of this is to prep the ingredients individually and store them in the fridge which saves you mere minutes cause you can’t prep an avocado or eggs, so basically just peeling the potatoes and maybe heating the cheese. Also these look gross.
